When you step off the plane, you'll likely be on the upper level. Simply follow the signs for Baggage Claim or Ground Transportation to head down to the lower level.
Once you arrive at baggage claim:
- Meet & Greet Service: If you booked our meet-and-greet option, your chauffeur will be waiting for you inside with a sign, ready to assist.
- Standard Curbside Pickup: If you're scheduled for curbside pickup, this is a great time to send your driver a quick text to let them know you've landed and are waiting for your luggage.
After collecting your bags, step outside to the designated Passenger Pickup area. Every terminal at LAX has a designated Passenger Pickup area, and these are the only locations where drivers are permitted to meet passengers:
- Terminal 1: 1C - 1M
- Terminal 2: 2L - 2Q
- Terminal 3: 3A - 3C
- TBIT: B2 - B10
- Terminal 4: 4A-4C & 4J
- Terminal 5: 5A - 5F
- Terminal 6: 6C - 6J
- Terminal 7: 7F - 7J
Please text your driver with the pillar number closest to you so they can pull up directly.
