Where Do I Meet My Driver at John Wayne Airport?
When you step off the plane, you'll likely be on the upper level. Simply follow the signs for Baggage Claim to head down to the lower level.
Once you arrive at baggage claim:
- Meet & Greet Service: If you booked our meet-and-greet option, your chauffeur will be waiting for you inside with a sign, ready to assist.
- Standard Curbside Pickup: If you're scheduled for curbside pickup, this is a great time to send your driver a quick text to let them know you've landed and are waiting for your luggage.
After collecting your bags, step outside to the pickup area. Please text your driver with the pillar number closest to you so they can pull up directly.
Your car will arrive within minutes, and from there, sit back, relax, and enjoy a comfortable ride. Safe travels - we look forward to serving you soon!
