How much does wedding transportation cost?

It depends on guest count, distance, and hours. A typical wedding uses one to three Sprinters at $150/hr.

A good rule is that 60 to 70 percent of hotel guests will use the shuttle. One 13-passenger Sprinter running a loop can move about 25-30 guests per hour on a 15-minute route. We'll calculate it for you.

6 to 9 months for peak season Saturdays (May through October). We can sometimes help on shorter notice, so ask.

Yes, we have a 4-hour minimums for hourly charters.

Absolutely. With our hourly charter service, you have the flexibility to set your own schedule.

No, gratuity is not included. Our rates cover everything except the driver's gratuity, which is always appreciated but left entirely at the client's discretion.
